The PS vertical, horizontal and bevel machine is used to cut mineral wool boards and PIR foam boards into smaller boards and bevels.
Four cuts in one pass
Fitted with four cutting units, the machine makes four cuts in a single pass of the material — one horizontal, one bevel or two horizontal, plus two vertical cuts. Each unit can be switched off completely when it is not needed.
Transport and dust extraction
At the cutting point the machine has two belt hold-downs coupled to the lower conveyor belt. It comes with two roller tables — before and after the machine — and two dust extraction points, which improves working conditions when processing mineral wool.

A solution for plants converting insulation boards: cutting to commercial formats, preparing roof bevels and trimming PIR boards.
