1. Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is the company operating this website; its full registration details (name, address, tax and statistical numbers) are given in the footer and on the Contact page. For any matter concerning personal data, write to the e-mail address or call the number shown under Contact.
We have not appointed a data protection officer — these duties are performed directly by the controller.
2. Why and on what basis we process data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to an enquiry from the contact form, preparing an offer, contacting you by phone or e-mail in that matter | Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract |
| Business correspondence and contact with people acting on behalf of companies | Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims | Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR |
| Analytics and marketing cookies | Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, which you may withdraw |
| Tax and accounting obligations when an order is placed | Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation |
3. What data we collect
Through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number and company name, the machine you are interested in and your message. In addition, the server records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request time) in its logs; these serve only to keep the website secure and working correctly.
4. Is providing data mandatory
Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and message we will not be able to answer your enquiry. All other fields are optional.
5. Who we share data with
Recipients may only be entities supporting our day-to-day operations, to the extent necessary to deliver the service: our hosting and e-mail provider, accounting software provider, courier company when a delivery is made, and our legal and accounting advisers. These entities process data under data processing agreements.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
As a rule we do not transfer data outside the EEA. Should analytics or advertising tools from providers outside the EEA be enabled in future, this will happen only after you consent to the relevant cookie category and on the basis of the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR.
7. How long we keep data
- business correspondence — for the duration of handling the enquiry and up to 3 years from the last contact, in line with the limitation period for claims;
- settlement data for completed orders — 5 years from the end of the tax year;
- cookie consent — 12 months or until consent is withdrawn;
- server logs — according to the hosting provider’s policy, usually up to 12 months.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data,
- erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability for data processed on the basis of a contract or consent,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
To exercise these rights, write to the e-mail address given under Contact.
9. Automated decisions and profiling
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
10. Security
The website runs over an encrypted connection (SSL certificate). We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access control to mailboxes and the administration panel, and regular backups.
11. Cookies
The rules for using cookies, their categories and how to manage consent are described in a separate document: Cookie policy. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
12. Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this document and publish the new version on this page.
