§ 1. General provisions

1. These terms set out the rules for using this website and the types and scope of services provided by electronic means.
2. The service provider is the company whose full registration details are given in the footer and on the Contact page.
3. The service provider can be contacted at the e-mail address and phone number given under Contact.

§ 2. Types and scope of services

1. The service provider provides the following services by electronic means, free of charge:
   • making available information about the machines it manufactures,
   • a contact form for sending a request for quotation.
2. The agreement for making content available is concluded for a definite period and terminates when you leave the website.
3. The agreement for the contact form service is concluded for a definite period and terminates when the message is sent or when you stop filling in the form.
4. Use of the website is free of charge. The content presented does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.

§ 3. Technical requirements

1. To use the website you need: a device with internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled and — to use the form — an active e-mail account.
2. The service provider is not liable for problems arising from the user’s device not meeting these requirements.

§ 4. Rules of use

1. The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law and good practice.
2. Supplying unlawful content is prohibited, in particular content infringing the personal rights or copyright of third parties.
3. Actions disrupting the operation of the website are prohibited, including attempts at unauthorised access, overloading the infrastructure or mass automated content retrieval.
4. The user provides only true data in the form and, where third-party data is provided, has a basis for sharing it.

§ 5. Copyright

The content, photographs, drawings, trade marks and layout of this website are legally protected and are the property of the service provider or are used under appropriate licences. Copying and distributing them in whole or in part, beyond permitted use, requires the written consent of the service provider.

§ 6. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the operation of the website may be submitted to the e-mail address given under Contact.
2. A complaint should contain the contact details of the person submitting it and a description of the problem.
3. The service provider examines complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the sender of the outcome at the address from which the complaint was sent.

§ 7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in the Privacy policy and Cookie policy, which supplement these terms.

§ 8. Final provisions

1. The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law or in the scope of services provided. Amended terms are published on this page.
2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
3. These terms are made available free of charge in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and recorded.
