The PPRK vertical mineral wool cutting machine has an automatic feed of the cutting body and a manual feed of the side guides. Equipped with rubberised wheels and an endless set saw blade, it cuts mineral wool boards and PIR boards.
Safe operation
The machine has self-adjusting pneumatic blade tensioning with a safety brake that engages if the blade breaks. Dust extraction is fitted as standard.
Throughput
Cutting runs in both directions — the body cuts on the forward stroke and on the return, which shortens cycle times on repeat formats.
