The PS horizontal and bevel machine is used to cut mineral wool boards and PIR foam boards into smaller boards and bevels.
Two cuts in one pass
Fitted with two cutting units, the machine makes two cuts in a single pass of the material — one horizontal and one bevel, or two horizontal cuts. Either unit can be switched off completely when it is not needed.
Material guidance
At the cutting point the machine has two belt hold-downs coupled to the lower conveyor belt. The board is guided steadily along the whole length of the cut, which translates directly into repeatable dimensions.
