Service for mineral wool cutting machines
We provide full warranty and post-warranty service for machines of our own manufacture. We also service machines from other manufacturers in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics and control systems.
Scope of service
- commissioning and operator training,
- periodic inspections and adjustment of cutting systems,
- replacement of wires, saw blades, rubberised wheels and belts,
- repairs to pneumatic systems and drives,
- control system upgrades and software updates,
- extending a machine with additional cutting units, roller tables or dust extraction.
Spare parts
We keep a stock of the most frequently worn components: cutting wires, band saw blades, rubberised wheels, guides and pneumatic parts. Give us the machine type and serial number and we will identify the right part.
Reporting a fault
Report breakdowns by phone — it is the fastest route. Have the machine type, year of manufacture and a short description of the symptoms ready; a photo or a short video speeds up diagnosis considerably.
